The manager was so unprofessional, she didn't allow me to speak and explain my problem. Her intent was not to find a solution to my problem but rather tell me how many years she has done this job for and how professional she believes herself to be. Lack of response via email and on the phone she was very rude not only her but the other employees too very bad tone with me as a customer. I would ask Happy Days to take a close look into whom they have employed to run their agency as I have dealt with many agencies but never had such a poor experience as this!

The guy was brilliant found me a good deal ...This morning I called to book my April flighas.some lady answered the phoneher customer service was a nightmare..when I said flights to expensive .without saying anything she just put the phone down

The worst ... and i mean the worst service ever . Actually laughable 2 weeks on and off the phone with these idiots and not able to sort out 2 tickets to cyprus . Promise call back several times never call back promised a whats app message again never happened. And this is just to get a quote !! 😂😂😂😂

I can honestly say that no one should use this company. Absolutely terrible. First they mix up our dates 3 times then make us pay extra 110 more. 😡

Very poor customer service.

I booked a holiday over a year ago , then the pandemic happened and everything was shut down and cancelled in april. I was happy to wait and be patient re refund. I have chased and chased and chased throughout the year, the response that i got is UNBELIEVABLE, they never offered a cash refund at all , just a credit note for £300 less then i had paid which qas over £2000. Speaking to different people in the company, they tried to blame the airlines. Then admitted they they would not lose on their profit. Which is very confusing how can you make profit on a product that was never used. I work very hard for my money, and after not receiving a product i dont see what right any company deserves to keep a profit.
My final say is STAY AWAY from this company as they are thieves and have no idea of customers rights or customer services.
