A couple we helped booked their flight back home through this agency. After they checked in and got their boarding passes, the plane took off while they were still in security checks (COVID era), the couple contacted the agency to rebook the next available flight. They asked for an exorbitant £1200 pp as a "no-show" and "rebooking" fee.

We dealt directly with this agency on behalf of the couple. They did not bother to contact the airlines to get a rebooking. We requested the ticket conditions to dispute the huge fee they were asking for. Radio silence. Ignored my WhatsApp messages. They were disrespectful to the couple, and yelled at us over the phone.

While we managed to deal with the airline directly afterwards, who was more than willing to help the stranded couple, this travel agency was more like an obstacle than a mediator for us!

I do not recommend dealing with them. They did nothing to help, and we have reported them to the Fraud department of the Met Police.

I have had a bad experience with this Agency. I won't recommend any person to use their services due to their unprofessional , sometimes rude attitude and failure to communicate with Their costumers. Really very bad service.

guys please don’t buy from this shop ticket or holiday package they are lying they don’t have a ATOL certificate
