TUI Holiday Store

We visited this TUI store in enfield to book our room holiday. Kim the advisor was absolutely fantastic and really helpful - she made the process of booking so easy and explained everything in depth along the way. Any questions we had she was able to answer the straight away.

Would highly recommend this store and we will be returning to book future trips!

I was looking for the perfect getaway for me and my boys, to celebrate my 60th. I went to TUI in Enfield to get some ideas and came across Shanon who couldn’t do enough to help me from Tui she was unbelievable in planning the holiday down to the smallest detail, so knowledgeable, professional, polite, professional and super informative. Even though my initial intentions when entering the store was only to get some ideas I was blow away by how the ideal holiday was designed by Shanon to meet all our needs, which I was more than happy to book what I can only describe as a great holiday, that ticked all the boxes.with great memories made, to look back on.
So, thank you Shanon, you definitely delivered on a great holiday. Thank you for helping me and I will now with confidence will be popping back to TUI in Enfield for my next fantastic holiday.

Was helped by Roxanne. She was amazing we were in there for hours and she didn't stop looking until she found exactly what we wanted. She was like a dog with a bone and she had four people to accommodate. We were so impressed we booked two holidays. Great customer service⭐. Will never go anywhere else now. Excellent service from Manager Tracey and her assistant Hayley. I went into shop with only an idea on how much I wanted to spend. Came out after quite a long time with a splendid holiday booked and under my budget. Would thoroughly recommend booking in store rather than online as the staff make sure you get everything you want from a holiday and more.

The only place I would book a holiday! The staff, especially the manager Tracy makes it all so smooth from start to finish answering many of my questions over the years! I’ve booked many holidays over the years with Kim and Roxy and each time they put my needs and wishes into reality!! I can not wait to go on my cruise in the new year.. book with the best you get the best.

Staff got great customer services for learning difficulties and understanding what’s they trying to say. I called the store to make a another update of my health and they understood. I recommend this place to book your amazing holiday.
