Im not sure what the travel agent was smoking but telling me the cheapest flights i could get were 350 pounds more then what i ended up purchasing myself is CRAZY

Excellent service from James and his team mates. I booked a family holiday to Dubai and the service was absolutely impressive from the start. I know my review has come a little bit late, but I will definitely be dropping into your office this year to book another fabulous 5 star holiday.

Viva Flight Centre Ealing Broadway!

Extremely poor experience with Flight Centre Ealing Broadway. Staff did not adhere to specific and very basic requirements and ended up booking a disaster honeymoon to Mauritius in monsoon weather, broken and faulty items in our “suite”, undelivered honeymoon bonuses and on the wrong part of the island...we were promised the moon and it failed miserably on delivery. The ‘travel Butler’ they try and sell as part of the experience is nothing short of a gimmick and nothing more than what you can simply deal with with hotel staff directly. Refered them to ABTA and ATOL for appealing lack of customer services and not even an apology let alone any compensation which we were rightfully owed. Dealt with Zoe Whitehall from customer services and can safely I have never come across a more inept and rude individual whose job it seems to blame customers for valid complaints with documented proof! (which by the way was acknowledged by the hotel they booked - Outrigger who offered a partial refund in acknowledgment). We were basically told we should happy with what we got for what we paid £3200 for below average facilities and things we didn’t even get yet paid for. Be very wary because you can get cheaper, more honest advise elsewhere - we mistakenly presumed Flight Centre being a reputable firm would value customer feedback and satisfaction but ended up with the worst honeymoon experience we could have imagined!

The worst travel agent experience of my life came from this company. Booked a one way flight to New Zealand. I was told by the agent it would cost around £90 for an extra 18kg bag of checked in luggage, he told me that I could only do this at the airport just before departing, it cost a further £718.20, the ticket was only £560.52 Flight Centre then tried to blame Malaysia Airline, I will never use Flight Centre UK or fly Malaysia Airlines ever again.

Incredible service - brilliant knowledge and so friendly and helpful. Even if we don't end up using their service, they have been super helpful and given such useful advice. Special mention to Danny, the manager, who was absolutely brilliant.

Good travel deals

They are usually good as I have been using them last few years.
But last time in my local branch in Uxbridge. I had bad experience.
Make sure when you go there the person have experience to where you going because sometimes they don't know much.or don't have experience where you going.
