Scotts Travel

Many people may not see the relevance of a high street travel agent any more. However having recently booked three holidays through Scott's Travel I can honestly say that there is a great sense of comfort booking with an established agent. Knowing that I am covered if any problems arise and making sure that I get the best available rooms and travel times. No stress.

I have used Scotts Travel many times & have always had fantastic services but I have never been happier that I booked my holidays through them than this year when not only have the team dealt with our various bookings but have dealt with the cancellations that followed. I wouldn't have wanted to to unravel bookings & chase refunds myself; I really appreciate what they have done

I have just used Scotts Travel for a holiday to Barcelona with my son. Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable about Barcelona which was invaluble when choosing a hotel location etc
I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is so nice to be able to organise a holiday by seeing someone, talking and getting advice rather than sitting behind a screen. Documents were emailed swiftly and I felt like there was someone to help at all times. Support this local business as on price they are fabulous too! I don’t normally use a Travel Agent but needed to quickly get to a loved one in the Caribbean who became suddenly very ill.

Matt Sanders ( @scottstravel Southgate UK) is an absolutely brilliant Travel Agent who really cares about his customers and for whom nothing is a problem. Best of all, he is able to navigate the complexity of travel to a red listed country.

Matt was literally an answer to prayer as I just couldn’t think through the fog of emotions.
Matt got me safely to Trinidad via Barbados and then back to Barbados to avoid quarantining for 10 days in the UK

It is really difficult to find a travel agent where you can actually deal face-to-face with a person. Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda)
I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. They were able to facilitate our need for split flights. Appropriate questions were asked to ensure a successful trip: passport expiry dates, insurance, Covid advice, transfers ... I am very happy with the service received and would highly recommend.

We've dealt with Mike for many years, he arranged our honeymoon, trips in the UK and even flight tickets. I could not recommend Mike or Scotts Travel highly enough.
