ECO TRAVEL SHOP

This travel company went above and beyond to make sure our trip to Turkey was extraordinary. We had a few itinerary changes and they were completely accommodating and gave us historic+cultural insight into the country we were traveling to!

I contacted Eco Turkey Travel on 15 August asking for a quote. I was told that they were too busy to talk to me on the phone so I needed to email which was fine. I am still waiting for an email or quote for my holiday

We bought all inclusive package holiday to Vogue hotel in bodrum .The hotel was brilliant and the room was beyond our expectations..my kids loved it we loved it .thank you for the great service and recommendations .we will definitely be back next year !!thank you

Our adviser Dilek, was excellent in finding us the best holiday package, cheap flights, very polite and dedicated. I will recommend her and Eco travel to everyone, lovely people

Terrible customer service i went in and walked straight back out. The lady was busy picking her nose and as soon as I asked her if she has a particular flight package she said “No” in a rude intimidating manner. Horrible agency.

If I could give no stars I would. I have been buying tickets from this company since 2013! Bought tickets from them over 2 years ago. The airline company went bankrupt our flights were cancelled. Called them several times for updates and refund. Was told to wait by workers and Manger Ali. Through out these 2 yrs I called several times. After waiting such a long time my mum went to see them today in the office. She managed to call the manger on the phobe as he was not in the office. My mum was told to forget about the money. The manager was very rude to her and went far as telling her if there was 'something wrong with her IQ ' that she will get not a refund. Firstly if you knew there was no refund why make us wait over 2 years to tell us this. Second how dare you talk to your customers who have supported you for such a long time. My mum is 60 yrs old she doesn't need to be spoken to like this. She left there crying. I have all my phone records and ticket details. I will be taking illegal action against you as of today ! Avoid at all costs! !

And before you say we can't not find any records in our data. The tickets were bought by my dad Mr.S. Aslan 27/11/2019!
