Llama provided a superb, highly personalised and professional service. Everything for our trip to Peru was perfectly organised, and tailored to our preferences. The team was knowledgeable about all the options available, down to the fine detail, and were patient and helpful in answering all of our questions. We were well looked after throughout our holiday. The holiday itself was truly a wonderful experience, packing in a varied and fascinating itinerary, led by expert guides and with plenty of flexibility also to do our own thing. Worth every penny. Had a magnificent holiday in Peru this year! Llama Travel were brilliant. Absolutely everything went to plan. Flew to Lima and stayed in a brilliant hotel Casa Andina. Lovely room, exceptional food great service too. Had a day in Lima then flew to Cusco everything was organised to perfection. Had free time on Cusco such a lively/energetic and friendly city. Did Machu Picchu, Ollytambo and other tours all so brilliantly organised. Returned to Lima to fly home with another chance to investigate the city. Meals were brilliant, transport was well organised, hotels were brilliant with lovely staff...…. could not fault the holiday. THANK YOU Llama Travel for an absolutely brilliant experience. From the moment we booked our trip to Peru we had an excellent, friendly and helpful service from LLama Travel. Everything was handled in an extremely efficient way and gave us great confidence travelling to a new part of the world for us.
This service continued throughout our trip with local staff Condor Travel.
With three internal flights and various tours , it all went like clockwork.
We have nothing but praise for all staff that we encountered and would have no hesitation in recommending Llama Travel and using them next time we venture to one of their destinations.

Unfortunately our trip to Peru was cancelled due to Covid19. We therefore were unable to experience the quality of the tour itself. However, Llama Travel provided a relatively prompt full refund while sorting out all of the local bookings at their end. Given how other travel companies have been handling this situation, Llama Travel are to be commended and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a quality travel operator.

I would just like to publicly thank Graham and the Llama Travel team for all their hard work in this trying time of COVID-19. They have been amazing in helping me re book my trip for next year and the refunding process. I would not hesitate to recommend Llama Travel on their customer service alone. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Llama Travel. We were booked to travel to Peru and the Galápagos Islands with Llama Travel this month, April 2020. Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 our holiday had to be cancelled. Llama Travel handled the cancellation process exceptionally well, keeping us well-informed throughout by telephone and email. They offered generous options to rebook for a later date but unfortunately we could not commit to future travel and requested a refund. The refund, despite the clear financial strain upon their resources, was provided in full and within 14 days.
From initial enquiry, through booking, provision of travel documentation and the cancellation process, Llama Travel has provided an excellent service. Should we be in a position in the future of being able to travel to Latin America, Llama Travel would definitely be our first choice.
