This Tui Travel Agent is one of the best ones l've been too, the staff are super friendly, they go above and beyond to find a holiday that is tailor-made for you especially for myself & the group who are coming with me as we have complex needs. They took their time and were happy to address any concerns l or the group may have had. I am glad l came there to book a group holiday, and will gladly do so again....🙂

Vikki went above and beyond to help my family arrange their holiday this year, we have a disabled daughter and nothing was too much for her to make sure that the hotel met our needs. The whole process was absolutely stress free she did it all for us. She kept us up to date with certain information throughout the booking. She is by far the most friendly, patient, professional travel agent we have ever dealt with. So much so that we have referred our family and friends to help them with their holidays, Which she has. She is a total pleasure to deal with and a true asset to TUI.

Jean gave us a lot of help in choosing a holiday to suit our needs. She has a lot of patience and is very professional. All the other staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
