Very poor. Three people were working when I went in and all of them were on the telephone. I waited for 15 minutes along with another potential customer and we eventually walked out and went elsewhere. I have since booked a cruise in May on the Q E 2 from Southampton to Vancouver with another Travel Agent.

Excellent, friendly staff. No hard sell (but definitely selling!), they make sure that you are happy.

Wanted to make fly drive enquiry but called twice and both times told it would be 20mins to answer the phone. Poor. No wonder people choose to do it themselves ..

Booked holiday of a lifetime travelling down the east coast of Australia and then a beach holiday in Bali. Found James from trailfinder very knowledgeable. All his recommendations and insights were brilliant. All hotels were expecting us and hire cars waiting. Not one single hitch. Trailfinder were also patient with me when I popped in asking about visas etc. Will go with them again
