After spending ages on the internet unsuccessfully trying to find suitable split-site family holidays in Egypt, I contacted Linda@Chislehurst. In no time, she got back to me with a suitable itinerary, and with very much more convenient flights than I had been able to find on the internet!

I booked my tickets to go to India a year ago and they didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me that the business has ceased trading...
I just hope this ATOL protection and section 75 of paying by credit card will get me my money back.

I wanted to book a holiday on the website, however they didn't have an online booking facility. The website showed the holiday destination, the travel dates and the price, yet no link to book the trip. I was advised that in order to book the holiday I would either have to go to their office or give them a call. I think it's absolute madness for a travel business in 2022 not to give their customers the option to book the trip themselves online. The vast majority of flights and hotels are booked this way nowadays. I cannot understand from a business perspective, why they don't provide this option, as they will be deterring a lot of potential customers booking through them.
