Cruise Circle

This is our third booking with Cruise Circle. I always find them knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and genuinely concerned about getting you the right cruise at the right price. We have dealt with Danielle and Joy in the past. This time we dealt with Rob who was excellent from start to finish. He was very keen to ensure we had covered every possible angle before confirming and was flexible in adjusting to anything specific we wanted to address.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Cruise Circle to anyone.

We have booked several cruises/ holidays with Joy. She is always very helpful, knowledgeable with the cruise lines and knows what we like. She is honest with her opinions when asked and nothing is too much trouble. We share our thoughts and ideas between us and always get there in the end. Always a first class service👍

We booked a cruise with Rob this week, our first time using Cruise Circle, and he was just brilliant. Great communication, he answered all our questions easily, really knew his stuff, everything was clear and just easy, no hassle; plus I then got all the follow up and confirmations from Ryan, and again, all clear and had all the information I need. Thanks to the team, we can't wait for our cruise!

My opinion of Cruise Circle hasn't changed: I've used their services for ten or more years, and am delighted they managed to survive the pandemic (so far anyway!) and are still operating as well as ever. Today Joy went out of her way to find and arrange a late booking for an October cruise for me and my wife with her customary friendliness, patience and efficiency. I wouldn't book through any other company. I wish them well.

Came across a very good deal from Cruise Circle although I had never heard or used them before. Initially spoke with Emma for some information as this was our first cruise and she was brilliant. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease, with this being our first cruise. When we were ready to book, I personally emailed Emma, who did everything she could to help - even trying to hold the cabin we'd discussed initially until she could call me. Her knowledge, experience and help was amazing - it made the whole process easy and extremely reassuring. She gave first hand opinions from her own experiences, with hints and tips such as the best location for a cabin together with information on the bars & restaurants she'd personally experienced on this cruise ship. I'd go as far as to say I genuinely feel as though Emma provided the best customer service that I've received from any company that I've ever dealt with before. I hope to return and use Emma & Cruise Circle for years to come. Thank you again Emma!

We have now been on two cruises sorted by the lovely, helpful crew at Cruise Circle. We first cruised in 2019 then immediately booked again when the pandemic hit and were expertly navigated through numerous cancellations to eventually sailing again in August 2022. Nicola has just booked us on another cruise for next year on a fabulous deal and we have nothing but praise for her and her professional colleagues; we wouldn't go anywhere else now.

We booked our cruise with Nicola who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was very friendly and professional, and offered some good advice. She made the whole process very easy. We came back to Cruise Circle because of the great service we received last time, and we were certainly not disappointed this time!
