I contacted Gazelle travel from start to finish the service was absolute excellent, for a local travel agent to match online prices is an achievement, but they did better, they beat any online and other agents prices i had found, i will have no doubts in recommending them
OUTSTANDING service

The standards of service and the level of expertise are second to none. I began using Gazelle travel when they were located in Newcastle and have followed them to Durham for all of my travel arrangements. As a previous reviewer has already commented, their prices for flights and hotels are lower than you can get off the internet but you get fantastic service thrown if for free.

What's not to love. They are helpful, amazing staff and i go to australia every year. Would never book through anyone else.
