I like to use the shop as I do like to talk to someone before going places, it's all about the personal touch. But I do check the Web before going and they price match

We knew what holiday we wanted as we had seen it on line, so went into the tui cannock store and spoke to Emma. She was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know, even showed videos about the holiday which made us feel at ease with the booking. Even doing a price match was no problem. Very happy customers.
