Lisette & Liam Not Just Travel

I recently used Lisette to help find and book my summer holiday. She was fantastic throughout the whole process; from an initial call where she took time to listen to our criteria, likes and dislikes, to the carefully selected options she came back with through to the messages the day before we flew checking we had everything we needed - we couldn't have asked for more. The holiday she planned for us was perfect and she took all the time and stress out of the process. We will certainly use Lisette and Liam again and have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends and family.

Our family trip took a long time to happen, repeatedly postponed with the pandemic antics. Throughout all changes, Lisette supported us, advised us and communicated regularly. She went way beyond her obligations, kindly “holding our hand” until we boarded our flight. It was a most wonderful trip and her advice ensured we made the most of our, much dreamt of, family Safari in South Africa. All went smoothly, all connecting flights, all transfers, accommodation. Our lodge and our guide were beyond our wildest imagination. Our children cried when they said goodbye to our guide: they’d learnt so much and I’m sure this experience with stay forever in their minds and in their hearts creating a life long bond with the natural world and sustainability. Over the whole process we felt heard by Lisette who truly tailored for us the holiday our family wanted! We are already planning the next one for a couple of years from now. Fantastic! Couldn't recommend them enough. Lisette was extremely patient, even though my requests kept changing due to picky co-travellers. Nothing was too much trouble. We were presented with a wide range of quotes / travel options and when we finally chose, the booking process with simple and straight forward. We were still dealing with changing travel info, due to Covid, but Lisette kept us up to date at all times. All we had to do was pack our bags and enjoy our trip to Disney Land, Paris.

Lisette and Liam have been a Godsend. From the beginning of the planning process for our big trip to South America, to putting together a complicated itinerary matched to our requirements to dealing with a rebooking due to date changes they have been swift, efficient and supportive. Couldn't recommend Lisette & Liam at Not Just Travel enough, Lisette listened to everything we were looking for and returned with lots of options for us to choose from. The whole booking process was so simple as she handled everything for us and was on the end of the phone for any queries we had. It was our first holiday with a baby and post pandemic, so there was lots of unknown territory, but non of my worries or concerns were too much trouble and it was wonderful to have someone to call/message whenever we needed to. wanted a last minute holiday for eight of us( 2 families) and contacted Lisette & Liam at Not Just Travel. They were fantastic at finding us something affordable and tailored to us. They were very supportive and made sure that everything was OK even after arriving at our destination. We also found a nice welcome back card in our post when we returned home. If you want to take the hustle out of looking for a nice holiday destination, I would highly recommended
