when ever we make a booking of a flight for any passenger we give them a printout of their flight itinerary. this printout will have the name that will appear on their ticket and all the flight information. this is given to the customer to check and verify all the information. once they agree then the final booking is made. now if you can't be bothered to check this information that only you can verify then don't blame the agent as they will only go according to the name you gave them. this was the same procedure used in this booking. the booking was made by a third party who checked and verified the name in January 2014. in may 2014 they realised they had given us the wrong spelling of the name. according to the rule of the airline the name cannot be amended. you can't blame the agent for something you did wrong. get your facts right before blaming someone who is innocent and remove this review. you use the name mohammed and come out with a totally incorrect story of events. may allah help you

Don't even bother with these guys. Useless agents with no knowledge of anything. Not to mention they can't spell passengers' names properly without making stupid mistakes. Avoid these guys if you want a hassle free holiday.

I have been using them for the last 4 years and although it can be hard to get through to them on the phone sometimes due to a large number of customers at the shop, they are usually extremely genuine people. and will not bluff you with anything. dont trust travel agents any more but these guys have helped me and my family a lot. hence i never go with anyone else. cheers... rafed

Booked tickets for myself and three children to Antalya, Ramada Resort Lara, all-inclusive. Excellent price, accommodation was superb as was the food, transport arranged to/from hotel, good facilities in hotel for children to keep busy.

I don't have any personal experience with tham I have pick up someone front of this shop very conjest area difficult to get parking in this area at anytime of the day if you get a space you are the luckiest one wheen ever I get any experience I will come back and edit my reiview
