This review is just based on their website ,thought I'd check out what was available regarding a couple of holidays/dates /prices etc which I was looking to book this year .Don't get me wrong I'm all for the instore booking experience & never book a holiday online .Finding out they use the 2 different phone line numbers for their locations in Bolsover & Chesterfield or ring back facility was baffling.
Obviously this system works for them but it's not for me .I'm out .......

Luckily Bolsover cruise club did ....
Booked now with them
Shame ....
