TUI Holiday Superstore

I went in today and I spoke to a lovely lady called Kathryn. Kathryn listened to me and advised me of places for myself my 2 children and my mum. Kathryn offered us drinks and explained everything even including my 9 year old daughter. We have booked to go on our first family holiday in a quiet area of Ibiza all inclusive in April. Thank you Kathryn if I could give you 10 ⭐️ I would. 😊

The staff at this branch are absolutely useless. We had Robyn who was “helping” us and she was rubbish! They really do not go out there way for you! Just want that commission. Don’t know the meaning of customer service. Honestly better off going elsewhere. Apparently it takes hours or even days to make a a flight amendment, but when I did it myself it took no more than 10 minutes.

Short and Simple, 1st and last time il be using TUI (In store) to book my holidays. Customer experience means nothing to them, once you’ve paid for your holiday in full they don't care to help.

Cannot thank Tracy enough for all her help and support in booking our wedding for 2024! She was very helpful and nothing was a bother! Would highly recommend this store and to book through Tracy!!

Booked a cruise years ago and came back as was so impressed.
Did not fail to impress again, looked after really well and Kathryn was genuinely so lovely.

We have booked three mini cruises, and two full cruises over the last two years and on each occasion we have received excellent service and advice from Tracy in regard to both initial cruise selection and sights and experiences not to be missed both on and off the ships. Dealings with all the staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommended. We’ll be back very soon

I cannot fault the Northampton store, the service that I have received from Tracy has been absolutely fantastic. She has been on hand to answer any questions that I have regarding my booking and the whole process has been really easy. She is a credit to TUI, thank you Tracy!

Fabulous and professional service. Always so friendly and helpful in getting us a great holiday deal! Tracy is hands down the best in the game. I wouldnt want to book with anybody else!
