Hays Travel Haywards Heath

Booked a cruise through Hays Travel in Haywards Heath was specifically told that all cabins were the same quality and that we would have a view of the sea. When checking on Cunard's website that night found that we were actually booked into a lower quality cabin with an obscured view due to a lifeboat being in front of the balcony.

When we tried to cancel was told we would lose out deposit despite being mis-sold the product.

Always helpful, lovely staff at Hays travel but I had difficulty with the Corona virus tests on my return to Gatwick airport as my flight was delayed by 2 hrs & the centre was closed!! I had already paid for the test before departure! Now I had to pay another £100 for a test at Best Western hotel near Gatwick which I had to return near the airport!! I'll need to claim my wasted money!!
