Complete transparency, Westway are clients of mine. I have never known a travel agent so focused on getting the best deal and giving the best service to the people of Essex. The team research rigourously before the client has walked in the door to know they truly understand the destinations available. Their research gives them many options others would never know about.

They work with operator's constantly to know what is available and what is the best deal.
You cannot go wrong with Westway Travel. The staff are so, so helpful.

If you feel things weren't going right, as sometimes happens in resort or during travel, they will do everything humanly possible to put it right.

Phone them and put it to the test. You will not be disappointed.

Well I have to say, the attitude I experienced from the mature sales lady was a tad condescending. She did provide the info required, but really with a can't be bothered approach. Holidays are fun and that is how the sales people should treat them and have that relevant attitude as well. Seriously lacking on my visit so I would discourage anyone from using this establishment. As for the look down the nose when she told me a £1200 flight price, well, I think that says it all about their customer care! Avoid like the plague.

We have just returned from an amazing trip to Iceland.Everything worked like clock work. Westway Travel really pulled out the stops and prearranged all of the excursions. The scenery and experiences truly blew our minds. We can't Thank You enough and look forward to you arranging another wonderful holiday soon.

Thank you Westway Travel Thorpe Bay for arranging a holiday of a lifetime for our family of eight, to Florida to celebrate my special Birthday. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requirements everything from the minute we booked to us getting home was great and truly memorable and it will be quite some time before we stop talking about it!!

Just returned from an immense holiday to Northern Iceland. I couldn’t recommend the trip enough and it was all expertly arranged by Westway Travel. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights twice, spot a humpback whale, explore some incredible scenery and relax in a thermal spa. Thanks for the memories!

They book us a 4 day holiday to Krakcow, flights, transfers and hotel cheaper than we could find on internet.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

Since losing my wife over 3 1/2 years ago I have booked 2 cruises through Westway and they could not have been more helpful and attentive. I have had no holiday in the last couple of years due to Covid, but I am now thinking of trying to get another cruise next year, and I shall certainly go to Westway for advice and assistance
