TUI Holiday Store

The entire Tui team went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. The effort made was exceptional. We had a large group booking to make and the team worked together to make sure we had the holiday we were looking for.

What friendly helpful people. They really know how to put customers at their ease and find the perfect holiday. Gemma spent several hours with us looking at different options. Then adding more ideas into the mix that she knew would fit our requirements. But rather than bamboozled with options she skilfully helped us through the selection process.

Really happy with the service received from Jemma, at Tui. She helped us price up our holiday to attend a family wedding in Cyprus next year and was able to price match something we had seen with First Choice. Will be our first holiday abroad since the pandemic. Thank you again Jemma. 😃

The staff in the Salisbury store are professional , friendly and very , very helpful , particular mention for Gemma in this store and Billy her colleague on the telephone who helped me tremendously when my Aruba holiday was cancelled.

My wife and I came in the other week to look at holiday options for our 25th wedding anniversary. We'd already looked online so knew what we wanted, but preferred a face to face interaction rather than just booking it. Our agent Leah, was so friendly and helpful in dealing with our requests and took the time to explain all the additional items we were looking at. She is a credit to the team.

Five stars go to Jemma at the Salisbury branch of Tui for all her help sorting out our booking yesterday. She was so helpful in sending me links to help me sort out visas and parking etc and very sympathetic when I was getting stressed! Fantastic customer service and super friendly and professional!

Today, 10th January 2023, I booked my holiday to Dubai.
The young lady I dealt with was Gemma. Gemma was extremely polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional.
Not just is Gemma a credit to TUI, she is a credit to the travel industry as a whole.
