I wish there was 0 star available. One of the worst travel agencies I've ever come across. Full of muggers. Once you made the payment that's it you're done. After that they don't even bother at all..i would recommend this company to anyone at all...

I tried to make a payment with my credit card. They tried to charge me 20% extra on top of my ticket price absolutely insan. When i asked why came out with a excuse service charge, i ,meant who the hell charge service charge for card payments???why don't u simply say that u want cash to steal the vat from revenue.....bunch of donuts working there don't know how to talk

I will always avoid this company & ask my friends and family to avoid as well. All they care about is selling tickets and get their commission. Once u made the payment they don't care...

Simple and easy chaps to work with. Called them gave the the destination and dates, They looked and called me back with options and prices. Excellent and transparent.

Awful customer service from Imran Travels in London. Once you paid for ticket and thats it. They are not bothered to give you any extra attention or help if you are having any difficulties such as any cancellations for any emergency. I would never recommend this agency to anyone at all and even I would like to tell all the airlines to cancel their license if they see my review. There is no point of putting the airline passengers to have hassle and putting down their reputations. This agency not even deserves to have 1 star. I’m soooo disappointed with this agency service. Please avoid this agency.

Booked Tickets for Umrah. Deposit was paid. We where suppose to fly out in April 2020. Due to covid lockdown and flights were cancelled as per government guidelines. So therefore travel agent phoned us and cancelled all tickets. I went to collect deposit for all 10 tickets. Guess what. They deducted admin fee for all tickets 🤣 They didnt refund full money even though Uk Government cancelled flights and Trading standards ordered businesses to refund. These guys didnt have it written down anywhere about cancellation and refund policy. Becareful when booking flights ✈️
