Very knowledgable about destinations all over the world, and can put tailor made packages together, very helpful-even received email recommendations out of work hours.

I have used this business for the past 4 years, they have done everything for me, from arranging plane seat only for a trip to family in Australia, to package holidays in the sun, right through to a complicated bespoke holiday. Excellent service at all times. If I call at a busy time, they will sometimes need extra time to deal with my requests but will always get back to me as promised, and are always courteous. I have recommended them to others.
