My wife and I booked a holiday via this travel agents last year to Turkey. They arranged and advised on the hotel and transfers for us. The hotel was described as being 4 star and was highly recommended by the agent on the day so we booked the package they had arranged for us. This was in fact the worst holiday we had ever had at a hotel named the Mersoy exclusive aqua resort in Icmelar. On our return, we lodged a complaint with the travel agent who said they would look into it. We did this and this was the last we heard from them. We should have taken notice that the travel agents were selling greeting cards and stamps. Hardly a high-class image, who goes to a travel agents for a sympathy card and a stamp. I would advise against even booking a day trip at this so called travel agents, at least a reputable company would take your complaint seriously, still we live and learn, Thomas cook here we come.

We have been booking holidays with Rita at Global Travel for over 10 years, and I can honestly say we have never had any problems. We book on average three trips a year and on occasion we have had no idea where to go and left it to Rita to suggest a destination, then gone with her recommendations. If we can book a holiday cheaper ourselves she will tell us, return business is more important to her than a short term profit. Upon return she is keen to hear our experiences so she can inform other perspective customers & although we have never had any issues or complaints whilst we have been on holiday, we have every confidence that if we had, Rita and Janette would fully look into them on our return. We would not have any hesitation in recommending Global Travel to our friends and relatives, in fact anyone & have done so on many occasions. It's a shame that this building is no longer the post office as well but at least you can still get your foreign exchange here & always at a very competitive rate.

Booked a last minute holiday with janette and couldn't be happier. From the moment we enquired to the day we set off we recieved the best service we could ask for. Janette went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic holiday, even helping the day before the flight to ensure I would be assisted due to being a nervous first time flier.
