TUI Holiday Store

We visited the store on a Saturday afternoon and had excellent help and support from the staff. Natasha in particular was brilliant. Having recently returned from a TUI holiday where both the flights hadn't gone to plan, they were able to help us with our claims submission, check on the progress of our claim reference and provide advice and support. All this and we hadn't even booked the trip through this store!

At a time where operationally TUI have been struggling it was great to find supportive employees who went a long way to repair our damaged faith in the company. Based on this experience I would definitely use this store again if we were booking with TUI in the future.

I booked my holiday through this store pre Covid, naturally holiday was cancelled, I was kept up to date on all my options regarding refunds, re booking etc. I decided to rebook through the store and the customer service was outstanding, the staff go above and beyond and kept me up to date on payment dates, options and extras available. I have had the best holiday… the hotel was recommended from my ‘list’ of requirements and was not disappointed. Will definitely be booking with this store again …. Xx

The team were able to solve out our nightmare when TUI cancelled flights earlier this year. The team were able to find a great deal for the same dates, if anything it was a better deal and hotel.

Booked my holiday through TUI Preston today, lovely experience and a friendly service. Will certainly be booking a holiday through TUI Preston again.

I came into Preston shop and they was all lovely, very helpful and went out of their way to help me, specially Cameron every time i have been in he is always welcoming and smiling. Lovely people

Contacted the tui store in Preston and spoke to Cameron who found me amazing deals on flights and was so knowledgeable on all the different locations I was looking for

Tui inside Next Preston. Tamara was excellent finding our holiday. nothing was too much trouble for her. She is an asset to your company.
