Deanna was supremely helpful. Highly knowledgeable about the region my partner and I were looking to visit, and took the extra time and effort to find answers to all our questions. She had hands-on experience for lots of things, and could find a colleague to help with anything she didn't have personal experience for. She really listened to what we were looking for, and helped tailor our holiday to suit our tastes. It happened to work out that adding an extra destination saved us a bundle on flights, so we happily reinvested those savings into room upgrades. By booking early, every destination had a Kuoni perk applied to it, which made my partner and I very pleased!
