Hi we called in on a day out and jayne was so helpful, funny and nothing was too much trouble. We would travel the 40 miles again for that quality of service. It made booking a holiday fun x

I would not use this branch for currency exchange. I ordered Euros online on Sunday and set off the collect them (with Thomas Cook they don't hold the rate so you have to collect on the same day you order to be sure of the rate). On arrival I was told that Saturday had been a busy day and they had run out of Euros but they would hold the rate in the circumstances and I could collect on Monday. At a great deal of inconvenience I went back on Monday to be told they had run out of Euros again and had not put aside the money I had ordered but they I could collect whenever it was convenient for me! Well it isn't convenient for me and I will take my business elsewhere.

Never will I book through this company again. Unhelpful and unprofessional. If you want a stress free package holiday id avoid at all costs. Use another company.
