I can say without a doubt it wouldn't have been the wonderful experience it was without the two of you providing us with your travel design service. All elements of the holiday worked out perfectly and thanks to your very personal service (which was sometimes out of your normal office hours, I suspect?) and attention to detail, it left us feeling very relaxed and confident throughout our very busy trip. Nothing we asked of you was ever too much trouble.I have already recommended your company to people I have spoken to and explained to them what an excellent experience you provide going "above and beyond" to make your customers hopes and dreams come true.
