My husband and I were in nuneaton from overseas and needed some help doing online check-in for a cruise, we went into the Tui travel agents and a wonderful lady named Donna helped us out even though it was time consuming and very involved she was so helpful and we couldn't thank her enough she was brilliant thank you once again

We are 6 older guys that wanted a warm place with all inclusive to have a week of sunshine. Taylor recommened a fab place in Fueterventura that ticked all of the boxes. She made it easy for us to book and even helped do the online check in as we are not the most computer savvy. The holiday was great, excellent value for money and Tui staff all the way through were wonderful and friendly. Thank you Taylor and TUI
