TUI Holiday Store

Phoned Thomsons on a very cold Scottish summer morning, call center forwarded my call to Lichfield. Having already done some homework,I explained to the young lady that I was interested in a cruise on The Dream. She listened, yes she actually listened, to my specific needs. What a gem!! I was most impressed. Within a short space of time she phoned back when she said she would, with all my queries filly answered, together with cabin availability and a price.
I said I would sleep on it. When I considered all the quotes before me, I had made up my mind.This deal was too good to miss!! Time now about 5 25, hadn't realized I was dealing with a shop.The young girl explained ,that she was with a customer and was about to close but advised me to phone Thomsons which I did, booking successful. Next morning 9am She phoned That'swhat I call SERVICE "how had I got on?"

Terrible customer service, we got the usual you are getting the best prices possible walked out the shop and found it cheaper on the Thomson website. Then had an issue with a passport name, no help and utterly clueless and had to phone head office in the end for information (they would not let us just phone head office) in the end just wanted more money which they will not be getting. Would never use again.

Staff very helpful and informative. Sharon dealt with us and was happy to spend time discussing with us what we expected from a holiday, enabling us to book the ideal cruise and stay holiday for us.

We recently had two Marcella cruises and l would like to say about the excellent service we received from Jacqui and Lauryn they were both very informative on both cruises they made sure we knew when we needed to do our checking in and entering our passport information which was very reassuring that everything was in order. We have always travelled with Thomson/Tui for the last 40yrs and hope to continue. All the girls at Tui Lichfield shop have always been polite and welcoming.

We booked last year with the girls in the Lichfield store. Lauryn was super helpful from beginning to end and got us sorted with everything we needed. This store is a real credit to TUI!
