TUI Holiday Store

Went in today to change my Christmas holiday; even though I was past the date for a free change they were really helpful in ringing on my behalf ( I had booked on the Internet) and securing me a free change. Then all three of them helped me out in booking an alternative holiday, which was no mean feat considering the limited availability. They used their considerable knowledge in helping me select the right hotel for my family and managed to get us in the Premium cabin for our flights even at this late date. Big thank you to Emily and her two colleagues.

I have spoken with Julie Lavender, Manager of TUI Stafford many times booking Cruises and Holidays to various locations around the world and have never been disappointed, I have again recently booked a Cruise for 2024 from Barbados back to Palma. Julie was knowledgeable, professional and her customer service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TUI Stafford due to the service I have received from them

We have just booked our dream holiday to the Indian Ocean , this holiday was with an online company of which we really was not comfortable booking with, so we went in store to Jill and together with the branch manager they managed to find the same holiday which was very time consuming for them,nothing was too much trouble,and we were able to book with peace of mind , they ended working a little later to book it for us and nothing was too much trouble.Absolutely wonderful friendly staff Thank you all.

What a brilliant store. The staff here are so friendly from start to finish. I was welcomed with a smile, instantly offered a hot or cold drink and made to feel so welcomed, on top of all that they have so much combined knowledge and made sure the surprise holiday I was booking for my girlfriend was perfect. Thank-you for booking our dream holiday so last minute. Will definitely be returning to TUI stafford for our future bookings. You really can't beat the instore experience.
