TUI Holiday Store

We have booked many holidays with TUI Witney . and would not use any other Travel agent . Always extremely helpful , professional and nothing is ever too much trouble . The Staff are a credit to the company . Nice to have good old customer service which is rare these days .Looking forward to our upcoming holidays !

Superb and attentive service again from Sarah...she's so competent. Worth every penny using this travel agency to get your holiday swiftly sorted and booked while you just sit there. No hassle or potential frustration while you struggle to put a package together online at home.

Please book online rather than in store. If something goes wrong then the store will not help you and Tui customer services cannot either!! DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY IN A BRANCH

We have been fortunate to enjoy a number of TUI holidays and last year we were visiting friends in Witney and chose to visit the TUI shop where Sarah was the manager. We had a few issues to sort out with an existing booking. She was extremely helpful and we said it was the best service we had had from any TUI shop. We also said we would use her shop for future holidays.
Yesterday we booked 2 holidays and today we booked the excursions. The service by Sarah and Louise is exceptional which is why we will continue to use this shop despite us living over 100 miles away!
