This company under a different hat of CWT/NEO has primacy for hotel booking for a huge company that I work for. When the system works it's ok, additional admin for a simple task of booking a hotel under the illusion that money is being saved for the company excluding the extra admin costs which likely outweigh any savings.

When things go wrong and you get unconfimed bookings it's a nightmare, I spent I kid you not 1 hour 40 minutes on hold before I gave up and got a train back home and cancelled my trip/meetings. For a company that has primacy they are exceptionally poor, I hope I never have to use them again.

Booking pending for a month, Ring them to chase up and end up number 25 in the queue no answer.

I didn't even CHOOSE to use these idiots who don't even seem to know what DAY it is. Forced to depend on them for emergency accommodation when EasyJet cancelled my flight home they told the hotel we were arriving on 28 August. 24hrs LATER than we needed it. Hours and hours on the phone and only after we paid for our own rooms did they start sending confirmations to the hotel. All with mistakes on them. My advice: don't trust them with your whole holiday...they can't even get a 1 night booking right!

Have all the staff left? Slow and awful service. Once AGAIN, another work trip and travel bookings cancelled (at a cost to my business and customer) due to the uncertainty of whether I’d have accommodation or not due to the non-responsive appalling service from Agiito.

Difficult company to work with such a shame as the very few staff they have are polite and friendly however awfully run from the top and very unorganised with what feels like no processes in place .. need a full review of there services, service level agreements and need more trained staff to support contracts..?

On hold for around 20 mins. They need to get more staff as every time I call it takes ages. I also sent an email as suggested and it took them 5 days to respond to that. I only use them as my company says we have to use them.

Account department is closed and invoices are outstanding for over 120 days!!! What a joke! Acepting only email with no reply! What kind of business do you run guys!!!?
