TUI Holiday Store

Booked a special holiday which is turning into a very stressful situation. My personal details have been e mailed to another person by careless error from the tui booking rep.Tui head office referred it to data protection. Still awaiting a reply ?Very upsetting and worrying.

Spoke with Beth at the Bridgwater store to book our 10 year anniversary get away. She was very knowledgeable about the hotels and found 1 that met our specifications. Got us a great deal on the flights at really good times and even sorted a transfer which we forgot about.
Beth was really helpful & patient and went through all the amenities of the hotel, as well as discussed the attractions.

Beth is amazing, always helpful, friendly, and patient. We been booking with Beth for years and will only use her. The whole store is a lovely atmosphere.

We've recently booked my son's wedding, honeymoon and our family's trip to Mexico and have been so impressed with the service from Paige at Tui Bridgewater. She has been incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and generally an absolute pleasure to deal with. Paige has gone above and beyond in helping us with our booking, spending many hours on hold for us to different departments in order to answer the questions we had. Can't thank her enough and look forward to speaking with her again when we undoubtedly add more passengers to the booking.

NEVER BOOK WITH TUI. I booked a holiday in August 2021 at tui Birdgewater with Ms Page at just 5 days before departure the office called me spoke to Jemma who notified me they were unable to send me to my choice of hotel all inclusive, with water park on site and interconnecting rooms for me and my family. But would offer me an alternative hotel with no interconnecting rooms, no water park. But would give me a big discount to make up for the loss. They made me book the new hotel, later refused to give me any discount stating I had chosen the new hotel. TUI take your money then lie, cheat you so late to taking off you have no choice but to either continue with a holiday or dont go on holiday that year as kids only have summer time for water parks and we have already done shopping and packed our bags ready to go. NEVER BOOK WITH TUI. I came back complained got nothing from Tui, It cost me more money to use external water parks. There complaint system is a shambles, they are only interested in taking your money and no service after that. Stay Away From Tui
