Do Not Book. I have written emails and had no response or acknowledgment, a holiday that was not luxury to any stretch of the imagination. The resort staff even told us the rooms needed updating! The travel agent personally text to reassure us there were no hidden or additional fees only to arrive to a sub standard room and to be landed with additional fees over £350. Woken up at 8:30am by a tractor moving seaweed etc every morning and other residents complaining of the stench - This was a personal recommendation, by the agent who had supposedly visited recently to a luxury £5k get away. A phone bill of over £150, to be told to speak to the resort it’s not our issue. A luxury holiday it was not and then no customer service. Shambolic. Happy to change my review if this is rectified.

Do not book online with Destination 2 ! Process generates promoted/highlighted flights that are miss leading. My filter stated 7 night holiday however flights promoted meant 6 nights and then they demand £75 cancellation fee before returning your money.

Customer Service agents sing from company hymm sheet and claim cant refund £75.00 due to their T & Cs - simply not true its at their discretion.

Use another company these leave a bad taste in your mouth !

Absolutely brilliant to deal with both online and by phone. When we telephoned no waiting in a queue and Danielle was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Great service fuss free and easy. Brilliant brilliant brilliant.

Thieves - took our GBP500 deposit even though we did not cancel our holiday but only request to move it to another date.
Absolute crooks!!!
Holiday maker beware.
I think the reviews indicate more than enough what this company is about. Excuses and blame cast elsewhere in their replies. End of day, they took my hard earned money with nothing for me to show for it - shameless con-artists!
Time for small claims court!!

Disgusting customer service.
If I could give 0 out of 5 I would !
Chose to use this company because it looked like good deals but if you run into any issues they will not help you and you will end up spending hundred and hundred if not more to rectify it.

They will not help with changing any details of your flight or hotel after they got their hands on your money. All I ever hear from them is that there is nothing they can do. If I went into all my issues with them I’ll be here all day. Never leave reviews but I am so angry with them I can’t even begin to explain. Ruined my holiday

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I should of listened to all the APPALLING REVIEWS, flights both said from Luton then printed off docs for return flight to come back to another airport!! Why would anyone book this. I found a flight from same airport that is cheaper and they have just gave no apology or explanation or not even bothered to help. Customer service is beyond appalling and was spoken to so rude that I hope they play them back to retrain them. Now left very stressed and probably out of pocket as having to book other flights, because they are not holding themselves accountable.

Not even a 1 star, but I cannot post with none!

I booked accommodation only back in February for February next year to New York. What seemed simple and should be, has been a nightmare. No one helps, customer service is rude and they lie. Eventually one of the many emails I had sent, was replied to. I was asking for 1 Room to be cancelled and 3 passengers to be removed. I wanted to keep the other room and add a passenger. Two separate agents emailed to say this was done and complete. I never got confirmation by receipt and the booking online has not changed. No one is talking to me I am being ignored. This is for my wedding and what should be a wonderful exciting time has now become anxious and filled with worry. I am so disappointed and its making me extremely ill with negativity. The anxiety from this whole situation is horrendous.
I am not proud that I spoke to the consultant in sales the way I did, using the most disgusting language. But in my defence I am always extremely polite, easy going and very thankful on the phone. However I was pushed to being the complete opposite by a consultant in sales, after I asked if she could tell me if it would be possible to add a extra room onto the booking. She replied rudely and sarcastic... "well I could, but as you're not Mrs Walker I'm not going to bother to look and not open up the booking" . If that is not unhelpful and rude then I do not know what is. There was not issues with my phone when I spoke with this person. Admittedly there was when I spoke to the original consultant, who I will add has now kindly sorted the situation out for me, after the booking also had its price increase with no explanation when I asked. I shouldn't have had to communicate the amount that I did. To worry the amount that I have and to have been treated so awfully and disrespected so much that I was pushed into using vile language calling a sales representative a disgusting word. But to be fare she was acting just like what I called her.

Edit after the pathetic rude response from destination 2. Yes, I booked because you was cheaper and I found the package elsewhere with more friendly websites so dont try and give me your nonsense!!!what a rude arrogant response.

Look at the last few reviews you have, all 1 star. Take note that your customers are not happy!! Arrogance will get you no where.

Awful customer service and after sales.

The website is not user friendly at all, if you know exactly the package and dates you want then they are sometimes cheaper but if you need inspiration the site is shocking!

We were mis sold a SEA VIEW ROOM.
Under the room description it said SEA view room for which we paid a supplement for, however, the room was a SIDE SEA VIEW in reality. Our view was of the hotel pool and if you looked over the balcony to the left you could see the sea!!! That's not exactly SEA view is it?!

We went away in August and as soon as we returned we raised the query asking for a refund on the extra money we paid to upgrade. Its now 21st November and customer service have not yet dealt with this.

Bronwya initially responded, then sent photos of the side sea view trying to say it was sea view, since my response she or anyone else hasn't even replied to my emails.

Absolutely shocking service. I will never use this company again regardless of a saving, I'd rather pay more and get the customer service a company should have.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU EXPERIENCE ISSUES WITH YOUR HOLIDAY.
