Customer Service agents sing from company hymm sheet and claim cant refund £75.00 due to their T & Cs - simply not true its at their discretion.
Use another company these leave a bad taste in your mouth !

Holiday maker beware.
I think the reviews indicate more than enough what this company is about. Excuses and blame cast elsewhere in their replies. End of day, they took my hard earned money with nothing for me to show for it - shameless con-artists!
Time for small claims court!!

Chose to use this company because it looked like good deals but if you run into any issues they will not help you and you will end up spending hundred and hundred if not more to rectify it.
They will not help with changing any details of your flight or hotel after they got their hands on your money. All I ever hear from them is that there is nothing they can do. If I went into all my issues with them I’ll be here all day. Never leave reviews but I am so angry with them I can’t even begin to explain. Ruined my holiday
Not even a 1 star, but I cannot post with none!
I am not proud that I spoke to the consultant in sales the way I did, using the most disgusting language. But in my defence I am always extremely polite, easy going and very thankful on the phone. However I was pushed to being the complete opposite by a consultant in sales, after I asked if she could tell me if it would be possible to add a extra room onto the booking. She replied rudely and sarcastic... "well I could, but as you're not Mrs Walker I'm not going to bother to look and not open up the booking" . If that is not unhelpful and rude then I do not know what is. There was not issues with my phone when I spoke with this person. Admittedly there was when I spoke to the original consultant, who I will add has now kindly sorted the situation out for me, after the booking also had its price increase with no explanation when I asked. I shouldn't have had to communicate the amount that I did. To worry the amount that I have and to have been treated so awfully and disrespected so much that I was pushed into using vile language calling a sales representative a disgusting word. But to be fare she was acting just like what I called her.
Look at the last few reviews you have, all 1 star. Take note that your customers are not happy!! Arrogance will get you no where.
Awful customer service and after sales.
The website is not user friendly at all, if you know exactly the package and dates you want then they are sometimes cheaper but if you need inspiration the site is shocking!
We were mis sold a SEA VIEW ROOM.
Under the room description it said SEA view room for which we paid a supplement for, however, the room was a SIDE SEA VIEW in reality. Our view was of the hotel pool and if you looked over the balcony to the left you could see the sea!!! That's not exactly SEA view is it?!
We went away in August and as soon as we returned we raised the query asking for a refund on the extra money we paid to upgrade. Its now 21st November and customer service have not yet dealt with this.
Bronwya initially responded, then sent photos of the side sea view trying to say it was sea view, since my response she or anyone else hasn't even replied to my emails.
Absolutely shocking service. I will never use this company again regardless of a saving, I'd rather pay more and get the customer service a company should have.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU EXPERIENCE ISSUES WITH YOUR HOLIDAY.
