Fast enough to take your money, not so quick to process refunds despite phoning me 5 days earlier knowing it was cancelled, 1st and last time I'll use these!!! Livid if I'm honest!!!!

After no holidays for so long we have now booked our third holiday including our honeymoon with Selby branch. Great friendly staff who were able to find holidays to suit our needs. One weekend child free city break, a family holiday and a Honeymoon!

Been trying to pay our holiday for almost a week and can’t get a phone call back! Now the holiday payment is late… Can’t even give my money away!! Maybe putting it on here I might get your attention.

I didn't go to hays at selby because of covid 19 restrictions . But the link that took me to a hays representative was really good . The lady I spoke too cathy !! took me through all my options and explained everything too me . Holiday booked and really satisfied with the service.
