TUI Holiday Store

Very disappointing and unhelpful. Asked a number of questions they did not know the answer to. Asked if they could find out or ring the helpline and was told if I didn't book the holiday with them in store then they couldn't help. My Thomson holiday that I had questions about they refused to help. So I went to Thomas Cook and asked the same thing and they made a few phone calls and got the answers. Thomson- you should be ashamed. Worst customer experience and won't book with you again.

Went in to inquire about a holiday for 3 weeks in December to the canaries including wheelchair access transfers. The guy took down all my details and said that he'd get back to me in a day or two. Over 2 weeks later and haven't heard a thing, seems like if anything is a bit tricky for them they're not interested. I'll be going somewhere else.

Excellent help and service today from Tui employee Tom with sending funds via Western Union to rescue a family member who needed funds. I could not have done it without his assistance.
