TUI Holiday Store Exeter

My partner and I went into the Exeter TUI store on Saturday to book our honeymoon. We had some idea of where we might like to go but not settled on anywhere. Charlie was really helpful and knowledgeable. We felt he listening to our feedback on certain places/hotels and found us the perfect honeymoon! Thank you Charlie!

Visited TUI Exeter yesterday to book a family holiday for 11 people. Carly was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable about all the destinations and really helped us to narrow down the options and find an amazing hotel at a great price with something to suit everyone in our party. Always book through TUI Exeter and never disappointed.

Came into the branch to book my first holiday in 15 years, i was a bit unsure on everything i needed so thought this was the best option…….and i’m so glad i did as the service i received was truly amazing! Helen helped me book a perfect experience i can’t wait to have and made the whole process really painless with her amazing knowledge and genuinely lovely,friendly attitude! Nothing was too much trouble for helen and i left feeling really happy…..thank you for a great experience in store i can’t wait for my holiday!

Just wanted to say thankyou to Carly, we we’re looking for a summer holiday to the Caribbean, Carly came up trumps and sourced us a wonderful hotel in beautiful Jamaica,

Been into Tui to sort my honeymoon after flight company cancellation. Once again spoke to Jade C, the young lady who helped me today and originally. She has been excellent every time. She deserves a raise she’s been so good! She has prevented me going elsewhere with her brilliant customer service even when I was pushing to get myself the best deal I could with my own research. She is polite, she has been helpful and informative, flawless service. Well done!
