Hays Travel Great Yarmouth

Great experience at the store, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Ended up booking our holiday with Natasha, she was excellent, couldn't have done more for us and we will definitely be booking with her again.

Staff in this store are always so friendly ad helpful, would never go anywhere else to book my holidays!

Absolutely done in 45 minutes of walking in, all inclusive holiday for 4 booked, special requests catered for, lovely staff, very informative and polite, they even matched the on line price, so i had no work to do, would definitely recommend, so much so will book next year next week.

Absolutely rubbish. No customer care constantly chasing them because of their incapability to sort anything. Used once and never again. Shameless way to run a business.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We enquired about a trip in Sept 23 but it didn't phase them. They obviously couldn't give us prices but they were very helpful about the feasibility of our plans, took details, and said they will contact us when prices come available. Excellent service. 🙂
