After booking holidays on line for some time we decided it was less stress to visit our local travel agent and let the professionals do it. So pleased we did. Karen at Imp has organised a few holidays for us now and what a pleasure she is. All done quickly, correctly and with a smile plus an answer to all our queries. Popped in to Imp Travel to book our family holiday and spoke to an older lady with glasses, she wasn't very inviting at the beginning but we persevered and tried to ask questions...she didn't seem to know a great deal and said she wasn't allowed to tell us certain things because things change she said...but as soon as she found out we were not vaccinated her behaviour changed and she didn't want to know and wouldn't really help us so we went elsewhere and spent £6000 on a holiday with another travel agent who couldn't be more helpful regardless of vaccine status.

Absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble dawn was always so welcoming friendly and goes out of her way to help in any way she can. A true professional person she really helped me and my boyfriend neil on finding the right hoilday for us. Lovely person and really looking forward to be booking more holidays with them

Karen arranged a weeks sunshine in Los Cristianos at a lovely boutique hotel for myself, my husband and our daughter with flights from East Mids. Her knowledge is excellent, it was all lovely. Thank you Karen and Imp Travel.
