Staff have been very helpful.

I have to say the level of customer service provided by Shanae was outstanding. She took her time and repeatedly would go back on searches to meet the customers needs and find something to suit the requirements and budget. Sam was also welcoming and there to answer any questions.

Sst for ages only wanted my boarding passes and hotel details printing off. Totally ignored while people were just looking at a holiday for next year. Having spent my money I was not considered worthy of any attention .Hope my holiday has a better standard of attention than their shop

Very friendly and helpful. Excellent rates given on travel and sickness insurance and also currency/ money exchange.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS STORE. IT SEEMS THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME OUT OF NEARLY £3000!!!!!
Im unvaccinated and wanted to travel to Spain. Nikita gave me confusing information which led to 2 trips to a private doctors (they have the recordings of my phone conversations whereby we concluded the advice given was incorrect).
Subsequently, I could not travel but either Nikita lied to Sam the Manager stating that I never mentioned I was unvaccinated!!! Or Sam has decided that to avoid taking responsibility and therefore offering me a satisfactory solution or a refund, has chosen to concoct this lie herself! Because conveniently they apparently do not record calls nor do they have any written comments about the conversations Nikita and I had!!! A member of my staff was present during this conversation which I had on loudspeaker and she heard it all!!!! So which one between Nikita and Sam is lying!!! Well I guess we'll never know and despite escalating my complaint, it seems TUI upper Management don't take such matters seriously. I still cant quite get my head around the fact that this happened but needless to say Ill forever tell the story of how TUI scammed me. Meanwhile Ive booked 2 trips to the Maldives with Kuoni and they have been incredible. MY ADVICE, AVOID EVER BOOKING WITH TUI! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!

Always use the Loughborough store. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff to help with booking my holidays. Shout out to Samantha who always greets with a smile and goes that extra mile. Would always choose to book instore than online, as I know I’ve always got the aftercare and help with Tui Loughborough.

As the Melton store has recently closed my holiday has been transferred to the Loughborough branch. I have been dealing with Keisha who has been a pleasure to book with, efficient, professional with excellent customer service skills. Many thanks Tui and Keisha ...........Scott
