TUI Holiday Store

Went in not really knowing what I wanted (although my fiancé was pretty sure) and I sat with Clair, not really expecting to walk out of there with a holiday. Fortunately (or unfortunately if you're my bank account), Clair was able to answer all my questions and even ask me questions to figure out what I wanted before even I knew what I wanted. The whole staff was friendly and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, but Clair was certainly the star. Got back a couple of weeks ago now and the holiday was amazing. I will definitely go back to the Lincoln branch now, and Clair is most definitely going to be my woman of choice.

Still have our fingers crossed for St Lucia in a few years. Looking forward to coming back in to book our special days for in a few years time.

I cannot say how great Ashley and her manager are at this store . They helped solve a problem that was not of there making .
Ashey went above and beyond what she needed to do . Fantastic communication nothing was too much trouble for her .
After 12months of trying to solve a problem Ashley did it in a few weeks.

The girls in TUI Lincoln are absolutely amazing especially holly! She found me the perfect holiday listened to what we wanted and really understood us as a family! The girls here genuinely care about their customers and always remember you and greet you with a smile! I will never book my holidays anywhere else

Have booked many holidays at the Lincoln store, the guys there make it so easy, even if you’re unsure on where to go, the staff have been to hundreds of places and have tonnes of recommendations!! Highly recommend booking your holidays through the store, they look after everything which is very reassuring!! Thanks guys!!!

What a great team at my local Tui branch, especially Clair who was friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Found me a great deal and I booked it straight away !

We went into TUI initially to just enquire about prices on locations for our honeymoon but ended up booking there and then thanks to Kate’s expertise. She really took the time to listen to us, ask our priorities for the holiday, and helped us secure a few extra bonuses. We would certainly recommend TUI Lincoln to anyone looking to book a holiday and we will book with them again

The staff in this shop are great. We booked a holiday with TUI on the phone & they cancelled the flight just over 2 months before departure. Trying to sort out alternatives on the phone was hopeless , the staff did not return calls when they said they would and were often quite abrupt in manner and unhelpful. So we went into the local TUI shop which is what we should have done in the first place. They were super. They listened and helped us cancel the holiday and get our money back when we had been unable to do that on the phone service. We dealt with at least four staff in there Jenna, Lauren, Yasmine & Holly & they were all polite and very helpful.
