All know their business and have a wide and very thorough knowledge of the products they sell. The polite and friendly staff here (three lovely girls and a charming young gentleman) immediately make you feel welcome. They are all efficient and helpful (nothing is too much trouble) and it it’s always a pleasure to visit, regardless of the reason, be it to confirm arrangement regarding your current booking or making a decision on your next holiday.

If you want to book a hotel that is a 15 min taxi drive from where you wanted to be then they are spot on. On our trip to the US before the chaos we asked for a hotel in a certain area, we ended up miles out of the city just off a freeway. Absolutely ridiculous.

Called in to book a holiday disappointed as only given 1 holiday ! Would we be happy to fly from east Midlands airport, not really as live in north Wales !
