TUI Holiday Store

My wife and I popped into this store in On Sunday, with just a couple of questions before we fly out to Turkey imminently.

Our biggest concern was that of potential delays in checking in at Birmingham Airport, made worse by the negative press. Not only was Jess helpful and professional but made us aware of the option of dropping our luggage off the day before, as we've already checked in on line? Amazing! She was courteous, polite, empathetic and obviously someone who takes pride in her role.

I did also check the tl rxchange rate but it was not as good as I could achieve through using my Revolut card? On mentioning this to Jess she further explained she could almost price match it! Brilliant!

At times when people are so quick to complain it was such a pleasure to be greeted genuinely and with an attitude of nothings too much trouble for the customer. Highly recommend

Just booked our 2024 family holiday with Leanne. We were given plenty of options and looked at different places/prices. Leanne is full of knowledge and advice on the best places to go and understood what we needed in a holiday. We are very excited to have booked to go to Menorca. Thank you so much to everyone in your store for making our experience enjoyable. The whole team were friendly, chatty and gave a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Booked our honeymoon online with TUI. They wanted to cancel it due to a flight change. Woman on the phone was abysmal so we took a chance and visited the Cwmbran store.

We had the good fortune to be helped by Charlie. She was able to sort out our problem within minutes. She was friendly, professional, empathetic and was a credit to the company.

Booked our cruise in January 2020 with Bethan following an amazing deal we seen on the TUI Cwmbran Facebook page. We have had to postpone the holiday a few times due to covid restrictions, however Bethan was super helpful and took the time to discuss our options before making changes to our booking. The staff are always friendly and happy to assist when we visit the store. Finally going on our holiday this spring and can’t wait!

I can’t fault the customer service, friendliness and professionalism Jess and her team at Cwmbran have. They are always around to help with any queries and go above and beyond with their expertise in fantastic holidays. All the holidays we have booked over the years have been incredible. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

The team in TUI Cwmbran were fantastic in helping me book my first family holiday since lockdown. They were so welcoming and really informative about the different travel options available. They really listened to what I was looking for, and found the perfect holiday that ticked all the boxes. Would highly recommend !! A huge benefit with booking face to face, and not over a computer screen at home with no help!
