Booked 2 holidays for next year's great service.

Went in to buy currency from the Rhyl branch, found out later that day that they had given me a very low rate, at the time I didn't realise as I had no receipt for the currency exchange only a card receipt, I was underpaid by £40,when my husband went in to query this they said they couldn't find the transaction and said it must have been a low rate at that time, I will never use these again and wonder how many people have been conned like this

Always use here to book and get my euro from, best rates I've found. Staff always friendly and helpful 🙂

Well looked after nice staff

I rang last minute for some dollars nearly 2 thousand pounds worth very last minute( due to the husbands lack of listening properly!!) and with having lots to do it was a massive inconvenience but the lady must of sensed my urgency as I explained I was literally 2 minutes away and I wanted to ring n check b4 hand, she assured me they had it readily available and I walked in minutes later to a very welcoming lady who had it all ready for me n she counted it out again n was very thorough friendly n chatty.
NO less than 15 minutes of me ringing I walked out with my holiday money hassle free with excellent service.
