Friendly staff very helpful.

I didn't like looking for a holiday here.

Do not use - I have received terrible customer service, and swindled out of money for car parking, car rental and travel insurance!
When I challenged if I really needed it and complained about Advisor Sians errors and tricky sales techniques - was shot down with T&C's excuse. I was then forced to pay an extra £25 to amend and add MY FIRST name 6x weeks BEFORE the Holidays?
Sian hadn't followed procedures again 🤑🤑
