I was dealing with agent Sophie. I can say that I am totally disgusted from the service provided. She was not only rude and unwilling to help, but also poorly educated and seemed lazy to check details of my holiday. I will never recommend this to anyone.

I have booked holidays with the Travel House Carmarthen for many years and have always found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They know my requirements now and I have always had very enjoyable holidays.

Lovely staff brilliant service. We had a very last minute holiday and they even stayed beyond closing hours to finalise everything. 😎

Pleasure to go in here. Weather booking a holiday or changing currency.

Used Sophie a few times and she's been fantastic. Can't recommend enough.
