Never again,booked holiday for me and my wife,to the hotel we had used before.Because of building work next to the hotel going on,asked if we can book rooms away from the works side,to the other side of the hotel,or better still,because booking 5 mths earlier than planned holiday,can we have a room over looking the sea,on the front of hotel.Assured we could,but as a sub-travel agent,has to go through a proper travel agent,namely "Jetset" holiday agents,which sadly we agreed to.Paid up front,extra for "sea view" rooms,which again we agreed to,on the 3rd floor at front of hotel,overlooking the sea.They did not phone us up to tell us our travel papers were there,we had to phone up 10 days before we flew out.When we got there,they gave us a bottom floor room,overlooking the building site,and over the top of the concert room, music,if you can call it,until after 12pm every night,plus building site noise .all day long.When we seen them on our return,the girl said,sorry about that,along with excuse after excuse.There is a lot more,but I am feeling sick,that I ever had anything to do with them.They are utter rubbish,incompetent clowns,the lot of them.YUK.

The company has gone in to administration and have been bought out by Hays. Hays have not taken on responsibility for any outstanding holidays booked with them. As a result we have lost all the money we paid for Turkey and Tinsel holidays. The blackwood shop is currently open and trading as Hays. Went to the shop to discuss a refund but staff were totally unprofessional and could not give a toss about the holidays the had sold previously. My advice would be to book holidays at this shop at your own risk. Only informed that the company had gone in to administration via the coach company that was to provide the turkey and tinsel tour. Taylor Made Travel could not be bothered to contact there customer's.

Booked a holiday at the Merthyr Store.Very good process from start to finish.Cant wait for the next holiday.It was my first cruise and was a very nice ship. This type of holiday on a ship is luxury all the way.Taylor Made Travel are experts in cruise holidays and are a great company to deal with.

Extremely poor communication, alot of the essential admin for our holiday was left up to us to organise. Dropped the ball so many times, we went in to complain and was met with a VERY unhelpful and non chalant attitude. Won't be coming here in the future.
