Don’t ask what they can recommend for a honeymoon - they ask what you think!! We never have travelled so needed advice. Nothing came and was terrible - was supposed to be exciting and if they had suggested a good thing and looked into it properly we would have booked there and then - instead we walked out and went to tui! They were great and helped us choose somewhere and found us an amazing deal! They really were helpful: we live in brynmawr and will never use this agent again! Terrible!

Always friendly and helpful. Even if you find a deal online, ask them to see if they can find a better deal, they often will. The online world maybe the new normal, but if you need to change something or have a question, it ain’t easy. TWB is where we’ve booked all our overseas trips for the last 6 years!
