The breakfast really is very very bad so if coming for that I wouldn’t bother however you get free drinks so if after a few beers and a glass of champagne then it’s worth the money plus the place is nice to sit and they get an extra star for the staff being nice and the table football table

Me and my husband arrived at the lounge. No one was at the front desk or anywhere around. So we sat down and waited. Then finally someone shows up and tell us that our tickets were not the right ones for having the lounge privileges.
We read carefully the online FAQ so we were quite surprised and embarrassed. We apologised and left.
We at that point decided to have a look again at the T&C on the website to understand our mistake. We then discovered that our tickets should be valid according to the online description! We decide then to go back and inform the personnel of the mistake in their website to avoid other people making the same error.
The lady at the front was EXTREMELY rude and kept interrupting my husband that was just trying to inform her.
Rarely been treated this badly in my entire life. Do not work in customer service if you can’t at least pretend to be polite.
I work in CS myself and if a customer underlines an issue/mistake on the website I firstly apologies with them. I don’t start to raise my voice.
Do not waist your money in this service.

If you just want to have an actual seat and optionally drink lots of alcohol, then possibly its worth it/worth the money.

However the food is really poor and at 6am was pretty crowded as well. Coffee machines didn't work. Staff were good and looked flat out tbh so not their fault but overall, never going again

I decided to try this lounge because my flight was delayed more than two hours and I was desperate for a quite place away from the terminal.

Cost: 18.15£
Would I return?: No

Pros:

- I was able to purchase a same day lounge access unlike the No.1 lounge next door which requires “48 hours prior booking.”

- Luckily I found somewhere to sit, although it was almost just as crowded inside the lounge as is was in the terminal.

Cons:

- Lounges closes at 6:00pm.

- Everything in the lounge was sticky and messy…countertops, tables, serving spoons, etc.

- The only silverware left around 5:15pm was knives, so I ate my pasta with a knife. I can’t imagine how insane I looked, but I was hungry.

- There was a bucket of melting ice for drinks, but no tongs to serve it.

- The cold food was on a waist-level table with no cover, sort of separate from the rest food bar. It didn’t look at all appealing..more so fangled and deserted.

Not-for-me factors:

- This lounge has a handful of families traveling with noisy children banging things, so it was not as relaxing as I’d hope.

I’m waiting 2 hours still not get in the lounge They told me scan the QR code for waiting and then I saw somebody scan the QR code right behind me and come in for 15 minutes I keep asking them they say tell me keep wait and keep waiting What kind of system is that you should tell the customer you can put online on the website before the boarding and there’s a whole bunch of people come in without us I think this is the current discrimination

7AM was quiet, plenty of seats. Nice simple cooked breakfast with pastries and coffee. Clean and helpful polite staff.

Nice atmosphere with good soft lighting (great for the morning!) and a range of seating types including sofas. Decent range of food and drinks, food being pretty good given the price point. On the down side there were no plates or milk out and the staff seemed a little disorganised although they were pleasant. It also opens at 6am which wasn't massively clear where we booked via Holiday Extras so be careful if you have an early flight!!
I would book somewhere else next time as I prefer a bit more luxury but this fits the bill for a bite and a drink with no queue away from the crowds.

First time using an airport lounge and was better than expected! Quiet and comfortable, great choice of drinks with limited but decent enough hot food. Made the whole airport experience a lot more relaxing! Only downside was 1 toilet was out of action but everything else was great and overall it was really good value. Will definitely be booking again before flying!
