Had a great experience buying an engraved tumbler a year ago and so came back for a decanter this year to celebrate a retirement from our club.

Ordering online was simple, the proof for the engraving was returned quickly with an improved layout suggested. It looked much better and so was accepted. I arranged to collect the decanter direct from the shop and popped in the day after the "it's ready" email arrived.

The member of staff who looked after me could not have been more friendly and helpful. The decanter itself looks fantastic and I know the recipient will be delighted.

Overall a brilliant service, high quality gifts and friendly, attentive staff. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent shop.beautiful items for sale. Good prices..the place to shop if you don't know what to buy for someone. It's their open day on the 1st December too...go along to view and buy..coffee..raffle..proceeds to Bowel cancer. Support your local shops.

Very helpful staff and a fab shop if you are looking for a nice gift. Engraving was completed to a good standard and I was pleased with my purchase and would recommend it. Engraving takes a few days so best order in time for that special occasion.

However on my recent visit to get a small plaque engraved for a 70th birthday present Ruth went above and beyond with her service and customer aspersions.
I came into the shop with a simple request however after having listened to what I wanted the plaque for she came up with a unique plaque that went above expectations which made the present exceptional.

I’m the Committee member of a Junior Football Club and responsible for purchasing the trophies for our end of season presentations.

I decided to use BRT Group this year - and it proved a very wise decision. Lynne made the whole process for me very easy. From trophy selection, to engraving and on to delivery, the whole process took a matter of days and the trophies were delivered a day earlier than scheduled.

Even when a problem occurred with a trophy I had selected being out of stock, Lynne offered a solution, upgrading to a better one at no extra cost.

I will be back next season for our trophies – and will certainly be recommend Lynne and BRT Group to others.
